Settings for how the app looks and works on your devices. Everyone sees most of them.

Many of these follow you to other devices. See Preferences across devices. The Customize screen on the drawing canvas controls the same colors, report sections and watermark.
- Appearance: light, dark or system, and a color theme.
- Region and language: country, currency and language. Choosing a country asks before switching to metric.
- Measuring and drawing: units, input mode, the rough-opening offset, grid, crosshair, Apple Pencil and overlay.
- Reports and watermarks: photo watermark, report sections, PDF export and the AI summary on reports. A paid plan controls the watermark.
- AI features (personal workspace, paid plan): the assistant and its helpers. On a team, AI is set under Team, Field tools.
- Storage: where drawings are stored, and cloud sync.
- Early access (owner or admin, paid plan): try new tools before they are finished, such as payroll, financing, DocuSign and Yelp reviews. It appears only while enrollment is open.
- Help and about: the Knowledge Base, send feedback, what is new and the version.
