A report turns the layouts, tags, photos, notes and Drawing Info of a drawing into one PDF for a customer or your own records.
Before you make it
Check Drawing Info, notes, tags, views, pins, photos and layout names. Layout names become the headings, so rename any called Untitled or Test. Remove blurry photos and any overlays you no longer need. Videos never go in a report. Your logo and contact details come from Settings, Company, Business info. The completeness command and the Review dashboard find missing tags.
Make it
Use report to set a title and generate it, generate report for the default title, or review to open the Review dashboard first. The result is a PDF you can send by email, message, AirDrop or save to Files. Run one early to see the shape and then adjust.
Customize
Customize has a switch per section (photos, tags and measurements, notes and more), and it keeps your choices until you change them. Settings, App, Reports and watermarks has the same controls: photo watermark, report sections, PDF export and the AI summary on reports.
Watermarks
Exports from a free account carry a watermark. A paid plan removes it and lets you choose what the photo watermark shows: layout name, location, tag name, style, measurement and notes. Branded PDFs without a watermark are part of Pro.
Sharing the drawing itself
To share beyond a PDF, use share drawing to put it in the team's cloud storage, or invite a collaborator for read-only access. Export gives you the file for backup.
