More than 50 preferences, such as grid colors, label styles, pin styles, toolbar order, report sections, watermark settings and analytics consent, sync to the account. Sign in on a new device and they load. A newer cloud copy wins over the local one, and your settings are saved when you sign out or the app goes to the background. Each account keeps its own.
What stays on the device
The light, dark or system theme is per device. Pending invites, local drawing files, autosave data and photo upload queues are device-specific too.
