Questions

What is "the leak"?

Open leads with no next touch booked at all. They're the deals that die quietly: not rejected, just forgotten. Work the list shows them separately with one-tap booking. Getting that list to zero each morning is the highest-return habit in Pipeline.

Who should I call first?

Work the list decides for you: overdue first, then today, then upcoming. For money owed, Collections orders accounts worst-first by the age of their oldest late invoice.

What happens when I convert a lead?

The customer record is created and the lead's history follows it, so nothing is retyped and nothing is lost. From there the work lives as a customer and a job, and the pipeline stops tracking it.

How do leads reach the right market?

By the job site's ZIP code, matched against the service areas you gave each market. A lead outside every service area still arrives — it just isn't routed, because an unrouted lead you can see beats one silently filed in the wrong place.

I have the same customer twice.

The ledger watches for likely duplicates and offers to merge them. Worth clearing before a mailing or a review push, so a customer's history isn't split across two records that each look incomplete.

When should I ask for a review?

The day you finish, in person if you can. A just-finished job shows up as Ask for the win on Today, so the ask is one tap. Or turn on Ask every finished job automatically in Aftercare and it goes out a day later. A review asked at the handshake gets written; one emailed a week later usually doesn't.

A customer replied STOP — what now?

They're opted out, it's recorded on their record, and it's honored from then on. That's a legal obligation, not a preference. Reach them by phone or email instead.

Where is my estimate request form?

Open Settings, Selling, Lead sources. The Estimate request form is the first row, with the link to copy. In Pipeline you can also reach it from More options.

A request is missing from my Pipeline.

Check Possible spam in Pipeline. Requests that look automated wait there for 30 days. Tap Not spam to release one into your Pipeline, or Delete.

How are new requests answered during the free trial?

By email. Texting needs a business number, and the business number is not part of the free trial. Once you pick a paid plan with a number, the first reply can be a text.
