A drawing is never loose. It always hangs off a real job, and the job ties it to the customer, the estimate, the photos and the schedule.
Start and open
Start from a job, or choose New Drawing and pick or create the job first. The Drawings list shows your recent drawings, newest first, for your current market. It is an index. The drawing itself lives on its job, and opening one from the list opens it in that job's context.
To see another market's drawings, switch markets first.
Drawing Info
Drawing Info holds the drawing name, address, client name and notes. It prints on reports and gives the default name for exports. Open it from the drawing's header or with the drawing info command, and fill it in early. You can change it at any time.
Export and import
Export makes one portable file with every layout, photo, tag, note and the drawing's details. Share it, archive it, or import it on another device from the Drawings list. Whoever receives the file can open it without your account.
Deleting
A deleted drawing waits 30 days in the Recycle bin and is then deleted for good.
Pro tip: Export a drawing before you change devices or make a big edit. It is the cheapest backup there is.
