The Pin Catalog is the full library of markers you can drop on a layout, plus presets that pick the right ones for a kind of work.
The catalog
There are 136 pins in 16 categories: Openings, Exterior, Roofing, Insulation, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Cabinetry, Appliances, Furniture, Flooring, Landscaping, Safety, Structural, Damage/Issues and Markers. Damage pins are red, warnings orange and checkmarks green. Pins are markers, not numbered tags, and they appear in reports with the tag section.
Place one with pin followed by the type, or from the pin picker in the toolbar, then tap the layout.
Job presets
A job preset switches on the pins for a kind of work in one step. There are 25 in five groups: Trade (Windows and Doors, Siding and Exterior, Roofing, Gutters and Drainage, Insulation and Weatherization, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Framing and Structural, Foundation and Concrete, Interior Finish, Landscaping and Hardscape, Fencing and Decking), Room (Kitchen Remodel, Bathroom Remodel, Interior Design), Damage and Restoration (Damage Assessment, Water Mitigation, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation), Inspection (Home Inspection, Safety and Code Compliance), and Comprehensive (New Construction, Whole-Home Renovation, Full Catalog). Every preset keeps the damage and marker pins.
Choose which pins show
Without a team you set your own pins. On a team, an owner or admin sets them for everyone under Settings, Team, Content catalogs, and the team's choice replaces personal ones. Enable All, Disable All and Defaults (door, sliding door, window and X mark) are the quick actions. A roofer might keep just Roofing, Exterior and Damage.
Using the picker
A Favorites bar holds up to 8 pins for one-tap placement and fills from what you use. Browse groups pins by what you want to do: Mark It (damage, markers, safety), Document It (measurements, notes, photos) and Map It (fixtures, systems, structure). After a pin lands, a quick-note bar offers a short note or a quick photo, and goes away by itself.
