On iPad and Mac, the drawing has the same side menu the CRM uses, so you can jump from a drawing to a customer, a job or the schedule without leaving the app. It is not on iPhone.
Folded by default
The rail starts folded to a narrow column of icons, because the drawing is the record you are working on. To see the labels:
- On Mac, rest the pointer on the rail and it peeks open over the canvas without moving the drawing.
- On iPad, swipe right across the rail to peek.
- Tap the » arrow, or press Command and backslash, to open it and keep it open for as long as the canvas is up.
Using it
Tap a row to open the CRM on that page. A Back button takes you to the drawing. Your name at the top of the rail is the door to your account. Settings opens the app's settings from the canvas.
When it shows
The rail shows when you are signed in on a plan that includes the CRM. It does not show for collaborators, whose canvas is full screen, or on iPhone. The rows follow your role, so you only see the places you can open.
