Measure Tech PRO is laid out around the order work happens in: a request comes in, you measure, you price it, the job gets done, and you get paid. The same places are in the same order on every device.
The side rail on iPad, Mac and web
On iPad, Mac and the web dashboard, a rail runs down the left side. It has five groups: Core, Work, Sales, Crew and Insights. Help & Settings sit at the bottom.
You only see the places your role can open. A crew member sees fewer places than the owner, and money places stay hidden from anyone without money access.
- Core: Today, Jobs, Customers, Money, Expenses and Drawings.
- Work: Daily logs, the Drawings map, Service, Aftercare, Materials and Photos.
- Sales: Pipeline, Call history, Growth and Proposals.
- Crew: People, Timesheets (named Payroll once payroll is turned on) and My pay.
- Insights: Reports and Review.
- Help & Settings: the Knowledge Base and Settings.
The tab bar on iPhone
On iPhone you get a tab bar along the bottom: Today, Pipeline, Jobs, Customers and Money. Crew members see Crew in place of Money.
Everything else is one tap away. Tap your picture at the top of the screen to open More and account. It lists every other place, your pinned places, Settings and sign out.
- Tap a tab again to go back to its home page.
- In More and account, type in Find a place to jump straight to it.
- Tap Edit on the Pinned grid to pin up to a handful of places you open most.
Search and create from anywhere
The command bar sits at the bottom of the screen. Type a place, an action, a customer's name, a job number or an address and pick the result. The plus button next to it creates things: a new job, lead, proposal, customer, drawing, invoice or change order.
Pro tip: Start every day in Today. It lists what needs you, in order, so you never have to remember what is slipping.
Where the pieces connect
Everything hangs off a job. A lead becomes a job when it is sold. The job holds the drawing, the estimate, the schedule, the daily logs, the invoices and the photos. You rarely have to leave the job to find something.
- Pipeline: leads and the call sheet, before the sale.
- Jobs: the list, the board and the schedule.
- Money: invoices, what you are owed and payments.
- Reports: the numbers, including the Weekly review.
Take the tour again
The first time you sign in, a short tour points at each place. You can replay it from Help & Settings. The setup checklist on Today keeps track of the first steps: your company profile, your first job, a measurement and your first estimate.
