Your profile is how people recognize you. Customers see your name and photo on visit notices. Your team sees them on schedules and messages.
Open your profile
Profile is in Settings, under You. Everyone can change their own.
- Open Settings from the rail, or from More and account on iPhone.
- Choose You, then Profile.
What you can set
Add a clear photo of your face. When a crew member is on the way, the customer sees who is coming.
- Name.
- Photo.
- Phone.
- Job title.
Other settings under You
The You category also holds Sign-in and security, Notifications, My pay and hours, Plan and billing, and Privacy and account. Plan and billing is only shown to the person who owns the subscription.
Pro tip: Turn on Notifications for the things you want to be told about, and leave the rest off. A quiet phone is one you still look at.
