Activity is no longer a place of its own. Today holds it: the bell for notifications and calls, and the Since you looked card for what changed while you were away.
The bell
The bell at the top of Today opens Notifications. Unread items sit at the top and tapping one opens the record it is about.
- Calls opens Call history.
- Mark all read clears the unread count.
- Catch me up writes a short brief of what came in. It summarizes only. It never takes action.
Since you looked
This card lists what happened since you last opened Today: a proposal signed, a payment received, a customer replied, a stop moved or a job finished.
- Each line opens the record.
- It resets when you look.
What counts as an event
- Money: a proposal signed, a change order approved, a payment received, an invoice gone overdue.
- Customers: a message, a text or a voicemail.
- Sales: a new lead or estimate request.
- Work: a job scheduled, moved or cancelled, a punch item signed off.
What rings
Money events and anything blocking you ring right away. Things that need you today are quieter. Progress updates never interrupt. Quiet hours hold non-urgent pushes overnight, and they still land in Notifications. Choose what you are told about in Settings, You, Notifications.
Pro tip: Turn off the noisy categories. Nothing is lost, because the record is still here.
