Reports tell you whether the business is working. Open Reports in the Insights group of the rail.
The reports
What you see depends on your role. Money reports need money access. Without it you see the work reports, and field members see their own numbers.
- Profit & loss.
- Money owed.
- Job profit: what you contracted against what the work cost.
- Goals: revenue and job targets with days remaining.
- Weekly review: the Friday record of your job flow. See the Weekly review article.
- Lead sources: which channels produced real work.
- Customers.
- Reputation.
- Time.
- Safety.
- 1099s.
Goals
Set a revenue or job target for a period. The report shows whether you are on pace, and how many days are left. Progress comes from real invoices and jobs.
Export
Every report can be shared as a PDF. Add your watermark and layout in Settings, App, Reports and watermarks. Your accountant can use the same pages.
Pro tip: Run Job profit each month. Look for the kind of job that keeps underperforming, not the one bad job.
